接着，老师教我们认识新单词，大家伙跟着老师认真地读：“香蕉是bɑnɑnɑ，熊是beɑr，小鸟是bird，床是bed……”学习新词后当然少不了做练习，大家拿出练习册，全神贯注地写了起来。此时的我“下笔如有神”，不到一分钟就写完了练习题。老师给我批改，结果全对。老师不仅给我打了100分，还加了三颗闪亮的小星星呢！我开心得快要飞上天！
有个同学他可没我这样顺利，他也太懒啦！在做连线题时，他不看题目就做题，结果弄得作业本全是“花”的，所有答案都混在一起，哪个都看不清。大家伙被他逗得前仰后合，他也不好意思地低下头。
做完作业，就到了我期待已久的游戏时间。这次，我和小泥巴一组进行朗诵比赛。我们组排序最后读，我不由得暗自高兴，因为最后一个出场可以比别人多复习几遍。终于到我们上场了，小泥巴读第一句，我读第二句，最后一句我们一起读。在我们的默契配合下，“团结一条心，石头变成金”，轻而易举地打败了其他组同学。这次游戏，老师特意表扬了我们有团队精神，又奖励了两颗小星星呢！
